About the Event

This year’s training will be held in-person on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. The event will be held at The Cleveland Public Library, which is located at 525 Superior Ave, Cleveland, OH 44114. Attendees should plan to arrive between 7:15 a.m. – 7:45 a.m. to sign in at registration. The event begins at 8:00 a.m. and will end at 4:00 p.m.

Registration

Registration is open through Thursday, May 14, 2026.  Some employers may want to coordinate registration for large groups, so please check with your employer before registering.

DFAS Cleveland Operations employees (organizational codes beginning with JB or JL) must self-nominate via their chain of command’s self-nomination process (i.e., data call).

DFAS non-Operations employees contact the training officer or purchase card holder for your organization for instructions for completing an external training request.After you receive notification that your DFAS Training has been approved complete the 2026 AGA/SDFM registration form here.  You may need to access the registration link from a personal device.

NASA employees must register through SATERN by Thursday, May 14, 2026.
After you receive notification that your SATERN Training has approved complete the 2026 AGA/SDFM registration form here.  You may need to access the registration link from a personal device.

All others should follow their organization’s procedures for requesting external training.

Payment

Cost $80 for members and $90 for non-members.

Conference Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference activities.

CPE Credits

A total of eight Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits will be awarded for participation. These will be provided to attendees after the event via email.

PowerPoint Presentations

Any presentations made available can be requested after the event by emailing agaclevelandchp@gmail.com.  Please remember that not all speakers provide copies of their presentation to AGA/SDFM.
